Day 3- March 30th 2011

Today I was inspired by how spring-ish today is...here in Portland we've had a really long, cold, exceedingly wet (even for here!) winter. But spring is finally beginning (albeit a little late). Armed with my camera, 35mm lens and macro adapter I wandered and tried to capture some of the beauty around me. There will be far more than 1 photo today but I think it's totally necessary. Goodbye SAD...hello Spring Fever!

Day 2- March 29th 2011

 

Today's entry was from my walk to dinner tonight (Cha Cha Cha taqueria 12th & Glisan, 97209...try the Spicy Tinga...you'll thank me :-) ). There was a girl replacing the letters on the Mission Theatre (beer and second run movies for $3...a must try!). I just loved the lighting...the whole scene seemed like it was from a simpler time.

Day 1- March 28th, 2011

Since it started raining I ended up doing today's shot in my apartment. The subject is my very favorite piece of jewelry- since I tend to err on the side of simplicity I don't wear a ton of accessories. But this necklace somehow fits my personality perfectly.

A Change of Heart

First I faltered, then after changing the format I outright failed.

So now I've decided that it's time to start fresh. The blog will revert to a Project 365 and I will make all attempts to keep it up. I've moved my business blog to WordPress but since this is already mostly the way I like it (and I'd like to keep it more personal) I'm going to keep this one at blogger.

I'll post my first photo today. Definitely starting to feel inspired!
